Pricing

Your project is unique and is different from every other brand. There’s no one price fits all which is why we custom quote your project to ensure we’re pricing based on exactly what YOU need as our client.

Once we discuss all of your project details, we will send you a detailed invoice within 24 hours, via email. Your invoice will include the list of shots in detail as well as their corresponding price.

Process

Please send us your products that are in best quality shape with no damage to the product or label. By packaging your product with extra care, you will ensure that your project turnaround time stays within the 7 day production cycle and does not incur extra fees for excessive editing. In the event that your product is damaged during shipping, we will contact you to send us replacement or to discuss photo editing options. If your product requires extra editing (product damage, label damage, scratches, missing parts, etc.), we will invoice you separately at a cost of $30 per hour (prorated per 15 minutes). Once we have discussed your project and you're ready to send us your product, we will provide you with a shipping address.

As much as we would like to, we unfortunately do not have control over what happens to your product when it’s with the postal service or other shipping providers. We recommend that you choose a shipping provider with reliable tracking and signature confirmation.

Our team does their best when shipping products back to you to make sure your items are safe and secure, but accidents can happen when dealing with shipping carriers. We do our best to package items to keep them safe and secure. That being said, if you send us fragile items or unique items that require special packaging, we highly suggest purchasing insurance and sending us pre-paid shipping labels to make sure your products are protected in transit. If you ship us wine, please send us pre-paid shipping labels with the necessary insurance and shipping requirements. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items and cannot refund you for the cost of your products or the cost of shipping.

Once we receive your product, our standard delivery time is 7 business days. If you need the photos sooner, we offer a 5 business day rush for a fee of +25% what it would cost for a 7 day turnaround. Based on your specific requirements, we will give you an estimate up front when discussing your project.

When your project is complete, we will upload your photos to a secure gallery for review and approval.

We deliver your photo files in JPEG format, saved at the highest quality, as per your requirement. We will happily crop and size your photos to any size you need. We also offer options for other file types, such as TIFF or transparent PNG. Please let us know of any sizing requirements when you contact us.

Before the shoot, we work closely with you to completely understand exactly what you’re looking for. If you clearly tell us how to photograph your product and we do it a different way that you do not like, then we will re-do it for free. If you decide that you want something different than what was specified at the start, then that will result in a paid re-shoot. Minor digital edits of your photos are free.

Revision does not mean re-shoot. You may receive a Revision to your photos if there is an issue that can be digitally fixed.

You may include a return shipping label to send along with your product package when you ship the products to us. Alternatively, we will pay for return shipping and invoice you separately.

If you do not want the products returned, we will discard the product after 30 days.

General Questions

We do not offer fashion photography or products that requires food preparation.

You have a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide copyright license to use the images for any use as long as it does not violate our Terms of Service. However, we do retain the right to use the images for marketing materials and communications.

Unfortunately, we are not offering this service to international clients at this time.

Yes, we offer photography of products that are up to 3 ft (longest dimension of your product), but please let us know when you contact us.

Currently, we do not offer this service.
